- API performance: Reduced a production API’s p99 latency from approximately 300 ms to under 120 ms.
- Reliable credit processing: Designed a transaction-ledger workflow with idempotency, pessimistic locking, expiry handling and duplicate-redemption prevention.
- Data pipeline modernisation: Moved expensive runtime analytics into an offline computation and bulk-ingestion pipeline.
- Release automation: Automated a repetitive multi-environment release process that previously required approximately 30 minutes of manual work.
